About the Author
William B. Ginsberg received a B.A. in mathematics from Harvard College and a Ph.D. in economics from Harvard University. He taught at the Hebrew University, worked as a research analyst on Wall Street, served as special assistant to the chairman of the Federal Communications Commission, and founded one of the first companies providing cellular communications services in the United States. He started collecting maps approximately thirty years ago. |
